• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically 5x to 30x).
• Validity: Every bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• A single bonus cannot be combined with: Multiple welcome bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
• Maximum bet limit: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per bet is ৳500.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically count at 100%, while Live Casino games count at 15–50%.
• Fraudulent activity: If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account will be closed.

• Attempting to recover funds by filing a chargeback or payment dispute
• Transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds
• Attempting to hack, crack, or otherwise exploit the platform's systems
• Stealing or fraudulently using another member's account credentials
• Placing bets using robots, bots, or automated software
• Gaining an unfair advantage through collusion with other players

1xbetaffiliates reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• If evidence of multiple accounts is found
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities

To close your account yourself: Contact our support team. Self-exclusion requests can be processed for a minimum of 30 days or on a permanent basis.

If an account is closed and a remaining balance exists with no breach of terms, the funds will be refunded once verification is complete.
